A small group, with uncommon ambition.

Fox Corp is a privately held, founder-led technology group headquartered at The Old Court, Kilbride Manor, Wicklow, Ireland. We design, engineer, and operate a portfolio of software companies spanning consumer software, artificial intelligence, civic infrastructure, productivity, vertical marketplaces, and financial services.

We hold what we build. Every company in the portfolio is owned and operated in-house, on a horizon measured in decades, not quarters. We are unhurried, well-capitalised, and unromantic about exits.

Our reach is national and international — an early-stage Irish startup taking on problems that matter, at home and well beyond. Founded in 2024, we are proudly Irish, intentionally small, and disproportionately ambitious. The work is the product.

Of late, briefly.

  • A new product enters closed beta in our financial software practice. Onboarding a small group of design partners.

  • Two researchers join the artificial intelligence practice. A second agentic-infrastructure initiative enters active build.

  • Vertical marketplace product moves into staged rollout. Civic infrastructure conversations underway with national stakeholders.

  • Consumer software practice expanded. Annual operating review concluded. Plans for the year ahead set.

Three principles, strictly observed.

Build.

We build in-house, from first principles. No outsourced craft, no studio handoffs. The people who design the product write the code that ships it.

Hold.

We are not a fund and we are not a studio. The companies we build are owned indefinitely. Patience is a competitive advantage we intend to use.

Ireland.

We are headquartered in Dublin and we will remain so. The world has enough Silicon Valleys. Ireland is enough for us, and our markets are global.
